Bingo Night in aid of Ukraine

On Friday evening 26th March 2022 a Bingo Evening was held in the Village Hall, to raise funds for the people of Ukraine. A really well supported event, with peoples’ generosity of time, food, decorations, raffle prizes (RWH, Sibton WH, Chris Bishops paintings, Salter and King the butchers, Keith, our resident car washer, Richard our resident tree and pruning expert, the bottles of cheer from the Bolts, Frances, Chris and various others, and not to forget the tray of begonias gifted by Dave Clark from Carlton Meres and Marys backpack. If I’ve left you off, please forgive me. The feedback I’ve had so far was that it was a really fun and enjoyable evening. Phew!! And our total so far raised is £2,227.1 and there is more to come.
